Battambang: On October 9, 2023, His Excellency Nhek Vannara, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation, officiated the commencement of a training course. The training focused on policies and minimum standards related to the human rights of trafficking victims. The participants included officials responsible for victim protection, district officials from the Department of Social Affairs, relevant personnel, and service providers, totaling 45 participants from Kamrieng District, Battambang Province.
