Preah Vihear, November 14, 2023 – In a meaningful ceremony on Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Ros Sipha, Director of the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation, alongside the Office of Rehabilitation Services, led the handover of Disability ID cards to individuals with disabilities across 8 districts in Preah Vihear province. A total of 2,706 cards were officially handed over to officers responsible for the Office of Social Affairs in the respective districts, who will oversee the distribution to communes and individuals with disabilities.
