Kampong Thom, November 20, 2023 – His Excellency Senior Minister General Kun Kim, who serves as the First Vice President of the National Committee for Disaster Management and holds the positions of Vice President and Secretary General of the Cambodian Veterans Association, undertook a significant visit on Monday morning, November 20, 2023. His visit aimed to extend assistance to veterans in need within the province.

During the visit, H.E. Senior Minister General Kun Kim generously donated food supplies and seeds to 141 families of veterans residing in social land concessions in Dangka village, Kraya commune, Santuk district, Kampong Thom province. The donated items were gifts from Samdech Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, and the First Lady.

The ceremony witnessed the presence of Mr. Chhin Saron, Director of the Department of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation of Kampong Thom. Local authorities and institutions within the province also participated in the event, further emphasizing the collaborative effort to support and honor Cambodia’s veterans.
