Phnom Penh: On the 22nd of December, 2023, the PWDs Foundation organized the 12th Board Meeting of the 4th Mandate, led by H.E. Roeun Rithyroath, Royal Government of Cambodia Delegate overseeing the General Department of Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation. H.E. Rithyroath, also serving as the Chairman of the PWDs Foundation Board, presided over the session to delve into the following agenda items:

1. Scrutinize the draft report summarizing the outcomes of the past three years under the fourth mandate of the PWDs Foundation’s Board of Directors.
2. Other matters of consideration.
