Svay Rieng – On the morning of December 27, 2023, the professional officers of the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation collaborated with Provincial Hall officials, relevant authorities, and the Municipal Social Affairs Office to facilitate the return of four homeless Cambodians who had crossed the border illegally and were residing in public places in Vietnam. The repatriation was conducted in coordination with Vietnamese authorities to ensure a safe return to Cambodia.
