Kampong Chhnang: In the morning of December 6, 2023, Mr. Yin Saven, Deputy Governor, and his colleagues extended a generous donation to Chea Soy family, residing in Andong Snay commune, Rolea Bier District, Kampong Chhnang Province. Chea Soy, a 68-year-old individual, is supporting five dependents, three of whom are currently sick.

The donation, provided by Her Excellency Dr. Van Luy, included essential items for each family: 50 kg of rice, 3 packages of fish sauce, 3 packages of soy sauce, 2 boxes of instant noodles, and 2 packages of canned fish, along with 350,000 Riels in financial support.

Additionally, Buddhist monk Preah Seila Phiroth Hem Lot contributed 100,000 Riels, while the Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation of Kampong Chhnang Province donated a wheelchair and two crutches.
