Banteay Meanchey – A heartwarming gesture from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation brought relief to flood-affected families in Changha commune, O’Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province. Mr. Khun Vuthy, Director of the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation of Banteay Meanchey, delivered this much-needed assistance to 60 affected families, with the ceremony being presided over by H.E Ly Sovannrith, Acting Governor of Banteay Meanchey Province.

Each family received a generous package containing 25 kg of rice, a package of noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, and fermented fish.
