Stung Treng, November 16, 2023 – In a morning session, the Stung Treng Provincial Administration, under the leadership of Her Excellency Keo Savoeun, Deputy Governor, representing H.E Svay Sam Eang, Governor of Stung Treng Province, welcomed a courtesy visit from the UNICEF Country Director for Cambodia.
