Phnom Penh – On the afternoon of November 17, 2023, HE Em Chan Makara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, and Secretary General of the Disability Action Council, convened a meeting with Ms. Alissar Chaker, Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Cambodia, and partners. The objective was to strengthen cooperation between the Disability Action Council and the United Nations Development Program.
