Phnom Penh, November 8, 2023: H.E Chea Somethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation, led a Ministry delegation in a wreath-laying ceremony to mark the 70th Anniversary of National Independence Day, November 9, 2023. They also commemorated the 2023 Anniversary of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces at the Independence Monument. Following this, the delegation paid respects to the late King-Father, His Majesty NORODOM SIHANOUK, a pivotal figure in Cambodia’s territorial integrity and independence, at the park east of the Independence Monument.
