The Director of the Child Welfare Department, Mr. Phi No, inaugurates a training course on “Communication Skills and Case Management for Social Workers in Municipalities and Districts.” The training, held on October 19, 2023, was organized jointly by the Social Services of Cambodia and the Child Welfare Department. The training program brought together 15 officials from the Child Welfare Department and aimed to achieve the following objectives:
- Strengthen the capacity of officers to meet the needs of children through theory and practical skills.
- Enhance knowledge, communication skills, and case management abilities.
- Build the capacity of national officials with knowledge and techniques to provide ongoing social support in municipalities and districts.
