Phnom Penh – On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, H.E. Toch Channy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, representing H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation, presided over the closing ceremony of the meeting focusing on the procedures for drafting legal documents.

During the event, His Excellency provided instructions to all members on the process of composing legal documents, emphasizing their importance for various departments and provincial offices, with special attention given to the Department of Legislation and Social Dispute Resolution.
