Phnom Penh: On December 28, 2023, H.E. Sony Vongviseth, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Board of the National Social Assistance Fund, representing H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, presided over the opening ceremony of a training program focusing on the “National Social Assistance Program for Vocational and Technical Training for Youth from Poor and Vulnerable Families.” The training took place at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation with a total of 100 participants.
